We believe every issue and struggle not only deserves, but also needs to be brought into the light, and that is especially true for suicide. This episode is full of helpful information and tips for both those who struggle with suicidal thoughts as well as for those who want to be well-prepared for if someone in their life faces that battle. We want to normalize these conversations and encourage all of our listeners to become well-informed on this topic. You never know when this knowledge could become life-saving.
